Zaxvix uses WCAG 2.2 level AA as the target for design and testing, even where a specific legal requirement does not apply to every service.
1. Our commitment
We aim for digital services that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Accessibility is considered in design, content, development and testing.
2. Measures
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure.
- Keyboard navigation and clear focus indicators.
- Sufficient contrast and scalable text.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Form labels, error messages and clear instructions.
- Support for reduced motion when animation is not necessary.
3. Current status
Before launch, the website should undergo automated and manual accessibility testing, including keyboard, screen reader, zoom and contrast checks. Known gaps should be documented here.
4. Feedback and assistance
Contact hello@zaxvix.com if you encounter a barrier or need information in another format. Describe the page, the issue and any assistive technology used. We will try to respond and offer an accessible alternative.
5. Review
This statement is reviewed after major design or platform changes and following significant accessibility findings.
These documents are practical website policies and should be reviewed by qualified Swedish legal counsel before production use, especially when paid services, accounts, analytics or new processors are introduced.
